This food speciality is manufactured only with selected raw materials. The Kamut® flour we obtain is 100% wholegrain and therefore it preserves most of the grain nutrition properties.
The combination Kamut® plus spirulina represents an important food combination between an old wheat and a green-blue coloured seaweed rich of nutrition properties.
The pasta making is marked by a slow drying at low temperature enabling to preserve the properties and the taste of the ingredients composing the pasta.

The result is an organic first course, 100% wholegrain, with a strong sea taste.

The values of the fibres contained in this food speciality are higher than the values usually given for a normal whole durum wheat pasta (data from INRAN bank). This food speciality contains twice the quantity of fibres of a normal whole durum wheat pasta.
