This food speciality is manufactured only with selected raw materials. The spelt which has been used is fully Italian and is purely “Triticum Dicoccum” spelt, the most precious variety. The flour we obtain is 100% wholegrain and therefore it preserves most of the grain nutrition properties.
The combination spelt plus spirulina represents an important food combination between an old wheat and a green-blue coloured seaweed rich of nutrition properties.
The pasta making is marked by a slow drying at low temperature enabling to safeguard the properties and the taste of the ingredients composing the pasta.

The result is an organic first course, 100% wholegrain, with a strong sea taste.

The values of the fibres contained in this food speciality are higher than the values of a normal pasta of whole durum wheat pasta (data from INRAN bank). This food speciality contains 57% more fibres than in a normal whole durum wheat pasta.
