Buckwheat probably comes from Asia and maybe it was introduced in Europe by Tartars and by the Turks during late Middle Age.
We have decided to transform it in flour with a unique method enabling us to manufacture a 100% wholegrain flour and then we have decided to make pasta with it, using a slow drying process at low temperature. This enables us to preserve most of the nutrition and organoleptic properties of the grain.

The result we propose is a food speciality manufactured only with buckwheat and water, organic, 100% wholegrain.
