It has never been altered by genetic manipulation techniques of modern agriculture, that sacrifice taste and nutrition content in favour of high yields.
We have decided to transform it in white Kamut® flour in order to give an alternative to the wholegrain flour and we have decided to make pasta with it using
a slow drying process at low temperature. The result we propose you is a food Kamut® speciality manufactured only with Kamut® and water, with a sweet and delicate taste. Food preservation:
